Republican City lies in the south central part of the state, 7 miles from the Kansas-Nebraska state line. Its population ranges from 200 to 25,000 including visiters. Republican City is on Highway 136. The dam is 1 mile south of the main intersection. There are two marinas, North Shore Marina on the north and Patterson Harbor on the south. There are boat ramps open at Gremlin Cove, Methodist Cove and Patterson Harbor. |
